Well, we believe that clients are NOT buying software or consulting services per se. They are actually buying the Results delivered. And, to be successful the best run businesses and projects must have a process that is geared towards achieving a predictable and meaningful outcome.
In recognition of this, we have evolved a way of working that has been proven to deliver results and that is what clients want.
When we first have contact with you, we take great care to make sure that we really understand what you are trying to achieve. This is the Discovery phase and we ask a lot of questions to make sure that we have all the necessary facts on which to make a decision on whether or how we can help.
Once we understand and feel we can provide a service, we will use the information collected in the discovery phase to prepare a proposal that summarises how it will work, how long it will take and what it will cost to implement our recommendations.
The next stage is where we work with you to prove or Validate our proposal. This could include detailed presentations, demonstrations and also contact with existing SmartData clients. The reason we emphasise this is because you should feel totally comfortable with your decision to work with us as we believe this forms a solid foundation for a mutually beneficial and hopefully, ongoing business relationship.
